Who is responsible?

Information collected and why
The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, coaching interest, goal and any message you choose to provide. It also records a reference, submission time and enquiry status so I can respond and manage your request. Please do not include detailed medical information in the initial form. For a young athlete, a parent or guardian should enquire.
I use relevant enquiry information to take steps at your request before a potential coaching agreement, and to communicate about that request. Security and spam prevention rely on the legitimate interest of protecting the website and responding to genuine enquiries. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored in the website's protected database and are accessible through my owner dashboard. Hosting, storage, security and sign-in services are provided through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure, including Cloudflare. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses and access logs. The form also uses a hashed network identifier for a one-hour rate-limit window to limit abusive submissions. Expired rate-limit entries are removed when a subsequent enquiry is processed; this is separate from the retention of the enquiry itself.
Website enquiries are stored in the protected dashboard. Resend processes the submitted contact details and enquiry message to email a notification to enquiries@titan-power.uk. Replies and other email correspondence are handled through my Microsoft 365 email service supplied through GoDaddy. Please avoid including sensitive medical information in the initial enquiry. Optional Google Ads measurement is described below.
International processing
These providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. Their published terms describe the safeguards used for relevant transfers: adequacy arrangements where applicable, or approved contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum. Cloudflare also describes its reliance on the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long information is kept
I retain enquiry information while responding to your request and for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, an agreed service, or applicable record-keeping and dispute-handling obligations. The criteria include whether you become a client, whether an enquiry is resolved, and whether there is a continuing legal need for a record. I assess retention against those criteria and remove information when it is no longer needed. A deletion request can be made using the contact details above; any information that must be retained for a legal obligation or dispute is limited to that purpose.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact me using the email above; I may need proportionate information to verify a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Optional advertising measurement
With your optional consent, Google Ads measurement cookies help attribute successful enquiry submissions or WhatsApp link clicks to adverts. A WhatsApp click does not confirm that a message was sent. Google receives the event type, a random event reference and technical advertising information, not your name, email, phone number, form answers or WhatsApp message. Advertising personalisation and enhanced conversions are not enabled by this website. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent contacting us. You can change your choice using Cookie choices; the choice is remembered on this website for up to 180 days. Google may process advertising information internationally under its privacy terms. Affiliate links and other websites
Some product links are labelled Ad or affiliate links. I may receive commission from qualifying purchases. Clicking these takes you to another website or app, such as TikTok Shop, which handles purchases and may use its own tracking under its privacy policy. I do not receive your payment-card details through this enquiry-first website. Other external links, including social-media and research links, are governed by their own services.
