Terms and Conditions

Explore Titan Power’s terms and conditions for my coaching services, including agreements for online coaching and guidelines for a seamless experience.

Coaching terms

I’m Alexandros Anagnostou, a sole trader trading as Titan Power. My business correspondence address is Cloverlay Industrial Park, Canterbury Lane, Rainham, Kent ME8 8GL. These terms cover coaching and the product arrangements described below. Please read them before agreeing to a service or purchase.

Arranging your coaching

I arrange appointments directly with you. Contact me to discuss your goals, coaching options and suitable session times. Submitting an enquiry or application does not reserve an appointment.

Before you commit, I will confirm the service, total price, payment arrangements and any minimum commitment.

Prices and 4-week coaching blocks

In-person personal training and group training are available as 4-week blocks paid upfront, with the exact total and effective session rate shown on the Coaching & Fees page. I agree your recurring days and times with you and reserve them for the duration of the block. Flexible sessions are available at the rates shown. I confirm your service, total price and arrangements before you pay.

Monthly coaching

For monthly online coaching, contact me directly when you wish to stop so we can confirm your remaining support and payments. The agreed arrangements for online coaching are confirmed before payment. In-person 4-week blocks use the block arrangements above.

Prepaid sessions and rescheduling

Unused prepaid sessions carry over until you use them. They are not automatically lost at the end of a block or because you do not book another block.

Please give me at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a booked session. We will arrange another suitable time directly.

With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend, the session will normally be treated as used. I will take reasonable steps to reduce that loss from occurring and reduce any charge where appropriate.

Your 14-day cancellation right: coaching programmes

This applies to qualifying coaching agreements made online, by email or phone, or away from my business premises. You can cancel without giving a reason within 14 calendar days, counted from the day after we make the agreement.

Before coaching starts: if you cancel within that period, your coaching payment is refunded in full.

If you expressly request coaching to start within those 14 days and then cancel, any charge will be limited to the proportionate service already supplied, where the legal conditions for that charge are met.

The cancellation right ends after the service has been fully performed only where you expressly requested the early start and acknowledged beforehand that you would lose that right on full performance.

Any refund due will be paid within 14 days of you telling me you wish to cancel, using your original payment method unless we agree otherwise.

This concerns cancelling the coaching agreement. The separate 24-hour notice rule concerns rescheduling individual sessions and does not override these statutory rights.

Your consumer rights

I will provide coaching with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights, including applicable rights to repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund. Session carry-over does not replace those rights.

You can exercise an applicable statutory cancellation right through any clear statement.

Shop purchases and digital plans

The Titan Power shop uses an enquiry-first process. An enquiry is not an order and does not commit you to pay. Before payment, I will confirm the product or service, whether it is personalised or ready-made, the total price including any applicable tax and delivery charge, payment method, delivery or collection arrangements and the expected timescale. I will send confirmation by email so you can keep it.

Training and nutrition plans may be supplied digitally. I will confirm the file format, how you will receive it and any software you need before purchase. The website does not automatically send a download after payment.

Cancellation and returns

For qualifying goods ordered at a distance, you can normally tell me you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving them, then return them within a further 14 days. Standard outbound delivery is refundable. Refunds are normally due within 14 days after I receive the goods back or evidence of their return. I will confirm the return arrangements and any return postage you must pay before purchase.

A statutory cancellation exception may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. A standard Titan Power logo alone does not make every item non-returnable. Faulty or misdescribed goods remain covered by your consumer rights.

For digital content, the usual cancellation period is 14 days from the agreement. If you want delivery during that period, I must first obtain your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that the cancellation right is lost when supply begins, and confirm this in writing. Without that agreement, I will not treat immediate delivery as waiving your rights. The coaching cancellation terms above apply to service elements of a personalised plan.

Product quality and complaints

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Digital content must meet the applicable quality requirements, and services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. Contact me if something is wrong so I can arrange the remedy required by your consumer rights. These terms do not exclude those rights.

Third-party affiliate purchases

Clearly labelled affiliate links take you to another seller. That seller supplies the product and handles its payment, delivery, cancellations and returns. Check the seller’s current product information and terms before ordering. I may earn commission from a qualifying purchase.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are purchased through the linked PayPal checkout. Before paying, please contact me to confirm the voucher value, recipient, eligible coaching or services, delivery method and any validity or redemption conditions. Those details will be confirmed in writing; buying a voucher does not by itself reserve a session time. Redemption and appointments are arranged directly with me.

Applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights are unaffected. If the voucher information or amount shown at checkout differs from what we have agreed, contact me before completing payment. Payment methods offered at checkout depend on PayPal and your eligibility.

Optional cancellation form

You can cancel using any clear statement; you do not have to use this form. To use it, copy the following details into an email or letter.
